We’re Konrad (21), Necla (31), and Nele Malica (19)—a laid-back, diverse group with a variety of interests and a friendly atmosphere.

Every now and then, we cook together, play board games, watch TV shows, or listen to podcasts 🎧.
We love being outdoors—whether biking, going for a walk, or playing sports: American football 🏈, volleyball 🏐, and more are part of the fun.

Your room is 10 m², furnished, and really bright thanks to a large window ✨ Just unpack your bags and move in 🛏️

You can wind down together in the open kitchen with a seating area 🍽️, and to start your day off right, there’s a modern bathroom with a shower 🚿

All-inclusive package: No extra utility costs! TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi), and everything else is already included in the flat-rate rent 📶

Schleemer Park and Schleemer Bach are just a 5-minute walk away—perfect for walking, jogging, or simply unwinding.
For longer outings into nature, you can reach Öjendorfer Park or the Boberger Niederung nature reserve—complete with a lake—in about 10 minutes by bike

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. Take the U2 and you’ll be at the main station in just 10 minutes—so you can get to the city center in no time!
