Furnished 9 sqm room in shared flat for 01.08. in Hamburg Billstedt

Hello everyone. We have 1 room available and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Konrad (18), Necla (29) and Jörn (31). From time to time we sit together and cook something, play board games or watch series or listen to podcasts. We like to ride our bikes or go for walks. We are also active in sports, be it American football or playing volleyball. We would love to meet a friendly and open-minded person who enjoys spending time with us and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you can also bring a few other hobbies to the flat share :) The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Despite the open and friendly atmosphere, privacy is very important so that you can find time and space for yourself.

Room

The 4-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.
The room is approx. 9 square meters in size and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window.
As it is furnished, all you have to do is unpack your suitcases and you can start living straight away. There is an open kitchen with a cozy seating area to round off the evening together. Get ready, whether for work or the evening, in the shower room ;-)

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive green spaces.
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, you can enjoy numerous sports activities or simply switch off after work on long walks.
The Boberger Niederung nature reserve and the Boberger See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, the shortest route to the countryside is a stroll through Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings are also ideal for numerous sporting activities such as jogging or swimming.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center is 5 minutes away by car or bicycle.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores, you will find everything your heart desires.

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From here, the U2 takes you to the main station in 10 minutes and thus to the city center.
