Moin to everyone. We have a room available and we are looking for you ;-)
We are Donia (25), Necla (25) and Jörn (29). We are not a committed team and we sit on top of each other every day, but we get along great. From time to time we sit together and cook something or play board games or watch series. Likes to ride a bike or go for a walk. Listening to music, reading or handling wood. We would be delighted to have a friendly and open-minded person who likes to spend time with us and has a healthy sense of cleanliness. Maybe you also bring a few more hobbies with you to the shared flat :) The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing has to". Despite the open and friendly way of dealing, privacy is very important in order to find time and space for yourself.

Room

The 4 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.
The room is about 9 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large window.
Since it is furnished, you just have to unpack the suitcases and can live immediately. To end the evening together, there is an open kitchen with a comfortable seating area. Get ready, whether for work or the evening, will be in the shower room ;-)

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt convinces with the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
Garden areas. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports facilities can be practiced or simply switched off after work on longer walks.
The Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve and Lake Boberger can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the countryside, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedtcenter is 5 minutes away by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 shops you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 takes 10 minutes to ist Central Station and thus to the city center.
