Moin to everyone. A room becomes available in our shared flat and we are looking for you ;-)
We are Christoph, 29 years old and educator from Hanover and Daniela, 23 years old employee from Cologne and Yves (20) student from Salzwedel.
In our free time, we like to meet friends, do sports of any kind, play games, watch Netflix or go to the movies, read or play the guitar. We actually like to cook and bake or just sit together for a drink in the evening and let the day end.
We would describe ourselves as sympathetic and open-minded roommates who are full of joie de vivre. We wish our new roommate a nice togetherness, since we are not a shared flat. You should also have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the quiet Druckerstraße in Hamburg Billstedt.
The vacated room is about 13 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and there is a comfortable seating area with a TV. The day-lit bathroom with shower offers enough space for all the necessary utensils.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the flat-rate rental.

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt convinces with the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
Garden areas. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports facilities can be practiced or simply switched off after work on longer walks.
The Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve and Lake Boberger can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the countryside, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedtcenter is 5 minutes away by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 shops you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 takes 10 minutes to ist Central Station and thus to the city center.
