Hey everyone :)

we are Ceyda (23) and Veronika (19) and we are looking for two nice, open-minded people who would like to do something together or cook together in the kitchen or sit together in a cozy atmosphere. In our free time we like to do sports or be creative. We like to listen to music or podcasts, have a coffee with friends and stroll through the corners of Hamburg.
The atmosphere should remain relaxed, everything according to the motto "everything can - nothing must". We look forward to meeting you :)

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.

The room has about 13 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs.
The kitchen in classic style in light gray / white, with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no extra charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat)

Location

The quiet location impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, you can take part in numerous sports activities or simply switch off after work on long walks.
The Boberger Niederung nature reserve and the Boberger See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, the shortest route to the countryside is a stroll through Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings are also ideal for cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center is 5 minutes away by car or bicycle.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores, you will find everything your heart desires.

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From here, the U2 takes you to the main station in just over 20 minutes and you are in the city center.

You should be between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and want to stay with us for at least 6 months.
