We’re Maria (20) and Annika (19), and we’re looking for two friendly, open-minded roommates who’d like to join us in setting up a new 4-person shared apartment. A relaxed and considerate living environment is important to us—everyone should feel at home while still having their own space. 🏡

In our free time, we like to stay active: We go swimming 🏊, try out new sports 💪, and enjoy spending time with our friends. When we’re not busy with our studies, we also love cooking together 🍝, having coffee or tea in the kitchen ☕, or going on little outings.

Room

The 4-room apartment in which the room on offer is located is on the 1st floor of a well-kept apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Billstedt 🏡.

The room is approx. 13 sqm in size and is flooded with light through the large windows - simply a place to feel at home ☀️.
The room is unfurnished. So you can furnish it entirely according to your own wishes🧳✅.

The kitchen is classically furnished and super practical:

🧊 Fridge with large freezer compartment
🍽️ Dishwasher
🥂 And a cozy seating area in the form of a small bar - perfect for eating or chatting!

The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: with shower area and washbasin - everything you need for a fresh start to the day 🚿✨.

Summer highlight: the courtyard with pavilion is available to all residents - ideal for chilling out, reading or simply enjoying the day 🌿🪴☀️.

Everything is included in the rent - including TV, Internet (WLAN & LAN) 📺📶. You don't have to worry about anything!

Location

The quiet location of the apartment impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to numerous lakes, parks and extensive green spaces 🌳.

Öjendorfer Park is just a few minutes away and is ideal for long walks or sporting activities such as jogging, cycling or simply relaxing after work. The Boberger Niederung nature reserve with the idyllic Boberger See lake is also just 10 minutes away by bike 🚴‍♀️🌾.

The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: Numerous shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in southeast Hamburg with over 120 stores, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or bike 🛍️.

The public transport connections are also ideal: the Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, the U2 takes you directly to Hamburg city center in around 20 minutes - perfect for commuters or simply to discover the city 🚇🌆.
