we are Ceyda (23), Anna (18) and Mary (22) and we are looking for a nice, open-minded person who would like to do something together or cook together in the kitchen or sit together in a cozy atmosphere. Ceyda likes to paint and draw. She is interested in flea markets and art exhibitions. She also enjoys meeting up with friends. Mary enjoys sports and traveling. Anna likes to read or do sports in her free time.

The atmosphere should remain relaxed, according to the motto "everything can - nothing must". We look forward to meeting you :)

Room

The 4-room apartment in which the room on offer is located is on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Billstedt.

The room has approx. 10 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. The room is approx. 10 square meters and fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk, wardrobe, mirror... everything is there, so all you have to do is unpack your suitcases and start living.
The kitchen is in classic style, with a ceramic hob with matching extractor hood, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.
The highlight for the summer is the courtyard with pavilion, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The quiet location impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, you can take part in numerous sports activities or simply switch off after work on long walks.
The Boberger Niederung nature reserve and the Boberger See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, the shortest route to the countryside is a stroll through Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings are also ideal for cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center is 5 minutes away by car or bicycle.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores, you will find everything your heart desires.

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From here, the U2 takes you to the main station in just over 20 minutes and you are in the city center.
