We’re Maria (20) and Annika (19), and we’re looking for two friendly, open-minded roommates who’d like to join us in setting up a new 4-person shared apartment. A relaxed and considerate living environment is important to us—everyone should feel at home while still having their own space. 🏡

In our free time, we like to stay active: We go swimming 🏊, try out new sports 💪, and enjoy spending time with our friends. When we’re not busy with our studies, we also love cooking together 🍝, having coffee or tea in the kitchen ☕, or going on little outings.

Room

The 4-room apartment, in which the room for rent is located, is on the first floor of a well-maintained apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Billstedt 🏡.

The room is 10 square meters and is flooded with light through the large windows—simply a place where you’ll feel right at home ☀️.
It’s fully furnished with everything you need: a bed, closet, desk, coat rack, and mirror—all you have to do is unpack your bags and you can move in right away.

The kitchen has a classic layout and is super practical:

🧊 Refrigerator with a large freezer compartment
🍽️ Dishwasher
🥂 And a cozy seating area with a small counter—perfect for eating or chatting!

The bathroom is modern, simple, and practical: with a shower stall and sink—everything you need for a fresh start to the day 🚿.

Summer highlight: The courtyard with a pavilion is available to all residents—ideal for chilling out, reading, or just enjoying the day ☀️.

Everything is included in the rent—including TV and internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet) 📺📶. You don’t have to worry about a thing!

Location

The apartment’s quiet location offers excellent local amenities and is close to numerous lakes, parks, and expansive green spaces 🌳.

Just a few minutes away, Öjendorfer Park is perfect for long walks or athletic activities like jogging, biking, or simply unwinding after work. The Boberger Niederung nature reserve, with its idyllic Boberger Lake, is also just a 10-minute bike ride away.

The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: numerous shopping options, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and banks are located in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in southeastern Hamburg with over 120 stores, is just a 5-minute drive or bike ride away 🛍️.

Public transportation connections are also ideal: The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, the U2 takes you directly to downtown Hamburg in about 20 minutes—perfect for commuters or simply for exploring the city 🚇.
