We, Ceyda, Victoria and Esther move in on 01.11. and we are looking forward to a nice, open-minded person who wants to do something together or cook together in our big kitchen and sit together comfortably. We like to swim and play volleyball, ride our bikes, read books and listen to music. We are interested in flea markets and art exhibitions, we like to draw and paint, play guitar, read or meet our friends when we are not traveling around the world.
The atmosphere should be relaxed, according to the motto "everything can - nothing must" Since you all move in almost at the same time, you have the chance to start a new WG life :)

Room

The 4 room apartment in which the offered room is located is on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Billstedt.

The room has about 10 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. The room is about 10 sqm and fully furnished. Bed, wardrobe, desk, wardrobe, mirror.... everything available, so that only the suitcases must be unpacked and the living can begin.
The kitchen is in classic style, with a ceramic hob with matching extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.
The highlight for the summer is the courtyard with gazebo, which is available to all residents and invites you to relax.

There are no additional costs. They are like, access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 runs in 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.

You could imagine yourself in a new adventure and you think you would fit well in our shared apartment. You are looking for a room for yourself. You are between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and would like to stay with us for at least 6 months.
