Unfurnished 14 sqm room in a shared flat for 01.06. in Hamburg Billstedt

Moin to all. We have a room available and we are looking for you ;-)

We are Holly (20), Necla (28) and Jörn (29). We are not a sworn team and squat on each other every day, but we get along great. Every now and then we sit together and cook something or play board games or watch series. We like to ride our bikes or go for a walk. Listen to music, read or work with wood. We would be happy about a sympathetic and open-minded person who likes to spend time with us and has a healthy sense for cleanliness. Maybe you bring some other hobbies to the WG :) The atmosphere is relaxed, the motto is "everything can but nothing must". Privacy is writ large despite the open and friendly approach to find time and space for yourself once in a while.

Room

The 4 room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building, in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.

The room is about 14 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.
Since it is unfurnished, it can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and ideas. The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom has a shower and enough space for needed utensils.

Service charges do not apply. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 takes 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.
