We, Eva (23) and Ståle (18), stay there and wait for 2 new roommates.

We are happy about nice, open-minded roommates. The WG was not a purpose WG and should not become one. We should be a fun bunch, with different hobbies. We can, for example, make music by playing our own instruments and becoming active in sports, e.g. fitness. We can do something together or cook together in our large kitchen and sit comfortably together. But you should also respect when the door is closed. In addition, we require a healthy sense of cleanliness and order in our shared flat.

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Billstedt.
The room measures about 14 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, you can set it up according to your own wishes and needs.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, were renovated at the beginning of 2021, including:
- New floor throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly wallpapered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New bathroom
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are like, access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The pressure road is a quiet side street in the Eastern part of Hamburg and only a train station away from the popular shopping center Billstedt. In a 5-minute walk to the subway station notice the road from where you is in 10 minutes at the Central station. Also, an Aldi, a Kiosk, a beverage market and Snack bar are located within a radius of 500 meters. The Billstedt-Center is the largest Shopping Center in Hamburg's Southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

With the U2 of remember road all the targets are reached quickly:
