Victoria, Kimberley and Esther are moving out. Ceyda will stay in the shared flat and would be happy to meet one or two or three nice, open-minded people who would like to do something together or cook together in the large kitchen or sit together in a cozy atmosphere. Ceyda likes to paint and draw. She is interested in flea markets and art exhibitions. She also enjoys meeting up with friends.
The atmosphere should remain relaxed, according to the motto "everything can - nothing has to".

Room

The apartment in which the offered room is located, is on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Billstedt.
The room measures about 14 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows. Since it is unfurnished, you can furnish it according to your own wishes and needs.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, were renovated in early 2021, this includes:
- New flooring throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New bathroom
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as WLAN throughout the apartment.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are like, the access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

The quiet location impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, you can take part in numerous sports activities or simply switch off after work on long walks.
The Boberger Niederung nature reserve and the Boberger See lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, the shortest route to the countryside is a stroll through Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are a 5-minute walk away. The green surroundings are also ideal for cycling, jogging or swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center is 5 minutes away by car or bicycle.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg. With over 120 stores, you will find everything your heart desires.

The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From here, the U2 takes you to the main station in just over 20 minutes and you are in the city center.

If you would like to join Ceyda on a new adventure, please apply! It is important to note that only one person per room can move in. As there are three rooms available, three people can move in at the same time. You should be between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and want to stay with us for at least 6 months.
