We are Ceyda (23) and Marie (22) and are looking for a nice, open-minded flatmate who would like to help shape life in the shared flat - whether it's cooking together, a cozy evening in the kitchen or small activities in between ☕🎶.

In our free time, we like to do sports - whether in the gym, dancing or simply outdoors. We are also creative, like to listen to music & podcasts, have a coffee with friends or wander through the beautiful corners of Hamburg 🌆🌿.

Our motto is: anything goes - nothing has to. The atmosphere in the shared flat should be relaxed and respectful, and everyone should feel comfortable.

Room

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building in the quiet Druckerstraße in Hamburg Billstedt.

The light-flooded room is approx. 14 sqm and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. In the open kitchen there is a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area with TV. The bathroom invites you to take a relaxing shower and offers enough space for the utensils you need.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV and Internet (network and WLAN).

Location

The quiet location of the apartment impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to numerous lakes, parks and extensive green spaces 🌳.

Öjendorfer Park is just a few minutes away and is ideal for long walks or sporting activities such as jogging, cycling or simply relaxing after work. The Boberger Niederung nature reserve with the idyllic Boberger See lake is also just 10 minutes away by bike 🚴‍♀️🌾.

The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: Numerous shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in southeast Hamburg with over 120 stores, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or bike 🛍️.

The public transport connections are also ideal: the Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, the U2 takes you directly to Hamburg city center in around 20 minutes - perfect for commuters or simply to discover the city 🚇🌆.

You should be between 18 and 32 years old, have no pets and want to stay with us for at least 6 months.
