Hello everyone,

we are Immo (25), Jaqueline (21) and Felix (22) and we are looking for a new roommate.

We are either working or studying. In our free time we like to travel, draw or cook something tasty. We are interested in culture, are sporty and go jogging, play tennis or go to the gym. We like listening to music, going to the movies and hanging out with our friends.

We moved into this shared flat in March last year and are looking for someone who is nice and open-minded. If you have a healthy sense of cleanliness and don't want to live in a functional flat share, then please get in touch.

Room

The apartment is a nice and centrally located flat share for 4 people on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.

The bright room is about 10 square meters and fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and small items such as lamps and mirrors, which makes moving in wonderfully uncomplicated and easy. Put your suitcase in, unpack and live ;-)
The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and of course a stove and oven and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The apartment has a modern bathroom.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate)

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 takes 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.
