we are Khooshnoor (23), Isaac (29) and Caihan (23) and we are looking for a new person to move in with us since our dear roommate is moving out.

We are all pursuing our professions or studying. In our free time we like to travel, draw or cook delicious food. We are interested in architecture, we are sporty and go jogging or swimming and skiing. We like to listen to music and go out with our friends.

We moved into this new, freshly renovated shared apartment in March this year and are looking forward to and want a person who is nice and open-minded. A healthy sense of cleanliness we assume and that there is no interest in a purpose shared apartment, as we are not.

Room

The apartment is a nice and centrally located shared flat for 4 people on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt.

The bright room is about 10sqm and fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and small things like lamps and mirrors, which makes moving in wonderfully uncomplicated and easy. Suitcase in, unpack and live ;-)
The open fitted kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator including freezer, a dishwasher and of course stove and oven and has a cozy sitting area with TV. The washing machine is located in the daylight bathroom. This is modern and practical with shower and washing area to freshen up for the day.

There are no extra charges. They are like the access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat) included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 takes 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.
