we are Immo Jaqueline (22), Eugen (31) and Felix (23) and we are looking for a new roommate.

We are pursuing our professions or studying. In our free time we like to travel, draw or cook something tasty. We are interested in culture, are sporty and go jogging or cycling. We like listening to music, going to the movies and hanging out with our friends.

Room

The apartment is a beautiful and centrally located 4-bed flat share on the 2nd floor of an apartment building - in a quiet street in Hamburg Billstedt 🏡✨.

The bright room is approx. 12 m² in size and already fully furnished 🛏️🪞🖥️ - with a bed, wardrobe, desk and small items such as lamps and mirrors. This makes moving in super easy: Put your suitcase in, unpack and start living 😉.
The open fitted kitchen has everything you need 🍳🧊🍽️ - a large fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, hob & oven. There is also a cozy seating area with TV 📺, perfect for evenings together. The modern bathroom rounds off the apartment 🛁.

You don't have to plan for any additional costs ✅ - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, internet (WiFi & network) and telephone 💻📞.

Location

The quiet location in Billstedt offers excellent local amenities and plenty of greenery 🌳✨. Öjendorfer Park can be reached quickly and is ideal for sports or relaxing walks 🏃‍♂️🚶‍♀️. You can also reach the Boberger Niederung nature reserve with the Boberger See lake in around 10 minutes by bike 🚴. The Schleemer Bach stream and Schleemer Park are even closer - just a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for jogging, cycling or swimming in the Bäderland 🏊.
Shopping facilities, doctors and banks are all nearby. The Billstedt-Center is only about 5 minutes away by bike or car 🛍️ - the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg with over 120 stores.

The Merkenstraße subway station is within walking distance 🚇. From there you are in:
