We’re Jaqueline (23) and Felix (23), and we’re looking for two new roommates for our shared apartment. 🏡

In our day-to-day lives, we go to work or school. In our free time, we like to get out and about—whether traveling ✈️, drawing 🎨, or cooking together 🍝.

We’re also interested in culture 🎭, enjoy playing sports, going for runs, or riding bikes.

Music is just as much a part of our lives as going to the movies 🎬 or spending time with friends 🍻.

Room

The apartment is a beautiful and centrally located 4-person shared apartment on the 2nd floor of an apartment building—on a quiet street in Hamburg’s Billstedt neighborhood 🏡.

The bright room is 12 m² and comes fully furnished 🛏️—with a bed, closet, desk, and small items like lamps and a mirror. This makes moving in super easy: just bring your suitcase, unpack, and start living.
The open-concept kitchen offers everything you need 🍽️—a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a stove, and an oven. There’s also a cozy sitting area with a TV 📺, perfect for spending evenings together. The modern bathroom rounds out the apartment 🛁.

You don’t need to budget for additional utilities ✅—they’re already fully included in the flat-rate rent, along with access to TV, internet (Wi-Fi & network), and phone service 💻.

Location

The quiet location in Billstedt offers excellent local amenities and plenty of green space 🌳. Öjendorfer Park is just a short ride away and is perfect for sports or relaxing walks.

You can also reach the Boberger Niederung nature reserve, including Boberger Lake, in about 10 minutes by bike. Even closer are the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park—just a 5-minute walk away. Perfect for jogging, biking, or swimming at Bäderland.

Shopping, doctors, and banks are all right nearby. The Billstedt-Center is only about 5 minutes away by bike or car 🛍️—the largest shopping center in southeast Hamburg with over 120 stores.

The Merkenstraße subway station is within walking distance 🚇. From there, you can reach:
about 10 minutes to the main train station
about 15 minutes to Jungfernstieg / downtown
about 25 minutes to Altona
about 35 minutes to the airport ✈️
