Hello everyone. In our house in Druckerstraße, several rooms in shared flats become available and one also in our shared flat on the ground floor ;-)

Christoph (32), Diana Sofia (31) and Muntaha-Mia (24) live in our shared flat. Christoph is an educator and loves the theater, jogging, going to the cinema and concerts. He always tries to be considerate and expects the same from others. Diana works as a nurse and loves video games, anime and traveling. A clean environment and friendly interaction are particularly important to her. Muntaha-Mia is a student and works at Brammibal's Donuts. She spends her free time painting, reading and listening to music and attaches great importance to tolerance and respectful behavior. In our shared flat, we expect mutual consideration, cleanliness and respectful, harmonious coexistence.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building in the quiet Druckerstraße in Hamburg Billstedt.
Room is about 10 sqm and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.
Since the room is furnished and equipped with a bed, wardrobe desk, carpet, wardrobe and lamps, you have no furniture shopping stress ;-) Just unpack your bags and live.
The kitchen in classic style, with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy seating area in the form of a counter.
The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no extra charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, just like access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

The quiet location within Billstedt is convincing due to the excellent local supply and the proximity to surrounding lakes and parks with extensive
green spaces. In the nearby Öjendorfer Park, numerous sports activities can be pursued or you can simply switch off after work on longer walks.
The nature reserve Boberger Niederung and the Boberger Lake can be reached in 10 minutes by bike.
From the apartment, however, you have the shortest way into the green, if you stroll in the Schleemer Bach and Schleemer Park. These are 5 minutes away on foot. The green surroundings also invite you to go cycling, jogging or a round of swimming in the Bäderland.
Many shopping facilities, doctors and banks are in the immediate vicinity. To the Billstedtcenter it is 5 minutes by car or bike.
The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

In a few minutes walk you are at the subway station Merkenstraße. From here, the U2 runs in 10 minutes to the main station and thus to the city center.

You feel that this could be a good fit, are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to stay for at least 6 months. You also don't have any pets and would like to move into the room on your own.
