The Apartment
Our cozy shared apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building—in a quiet neighborhood on the green and laid-back Druckerstraße in Hamburg Billstedt 🌳

Your Room
Your room is 12 m² in size, very bright, and fully furnished—just unpack your bags and make yourself at home ✨

🍽️ Kitchen:
Our open, modern kitchen is fully equipped—with a dishwasher, large refrigerator & freezer ❄️, and a cozy seating area complete with a TV 📺. Perfect for cooking together or relaxing movie nights 🍝

Bathroom:
The bright bathroom is equipped with a shower—here you can start your day fresh or wind down the evening in relaxation 🚿

All-inclusive living:
All utilities are already included in the rent! ✅

You’ll have access to:

Internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet)
Phone (including landline flat rate)

The beautiful Öjendorfer Park is also right nearby: Here you can work out, chill out, or just unwind—ideal after a long day at work ⚽
And for those who like to explore by bike: In just 10 minutes, you can reach the Boberger Niederung Nature Reserve and Boberger See—pure natural idyll!

Shops, doctors, pharmacies, and banks are right in the neighborhood 🏪
And for a big shopping trip, the Billstedt Center is just a 5-minute drive or bike ride away
