We have a room opening up! 🏠 We—Sarai (19), Belgacem (28), and Julius (27)—are a laid-back and active group of roommates. 😊

When we’re not working or at school, we like to hit the gym or play soccer ⚽. But reading 📚, watching movies, and gaming are also among our hobbies.

We’re looking for a roommate who isn’t just here for the convenience, but someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere 🤝 with people who get along well, are friendly 😊 and open-minded, and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor of an apartment building on quiet Druckerstraße in Hamburg-Billstedt 🏡🌳 – perfect for unwinding after a long day!

The bright room is about 12 square meters, unfurnished, and gives you the freedom to decorate it exactly to your own style and needs 🛏️🪴

In the open kitchen, you’ll find not only a dishwasher but also a cozy sitting area with a TV—ideal for cooking together or just chilling out 🍝📺✨

The modern bathroom invites you to take a refreshing shower 🚿 and offers plenty of storage space for all your toiletries 🧴🧼

💰 Utility bills? We don’t charge extra for those!
Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—including access to TV & internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 📶📺😊

Location

The quiet location of the apartment impresses with its excellent local amenities and proximity to numerous lakes, parks and extensive green spaces 🌳.

Öjendorfer Park is just a few minutes away and is ideal for long walks or sporting activities such as jogging, cycling or simply relaxing after work. The Boberger Niederung nature reserve with the idyllic Boberger See lake is also just 10 minutes away by bike 🚴‍♀️🌾.

The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: Numerous shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies and banks are in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in the southeast of Hamburg with over 120 stores, can be reached in 5 minutes by car or bike 🛍️.

The public transport connections are also ideal: the Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes' walk away. From there, the U2 takes you directly to Hamburg city center in around 20 minutes - perfect for commuters or simply to discover the city 🚇🌆.
