We have a room opening up! 🏠 We—Sarai (19), Belgacem (28), and Julius (27)—are a laid-back and active group of roommates. 😊

When we’re not working or at school, we like to hit the gym or play soccer ⚽. But reading 📚, watching movies, and gaming are also among our hobbies.

We’re looking for a roommate who isn’t just here for the convenience, but someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere 🤝 with people who get along well, are friendly 😊 and open-minded, and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building on quiet Druckerstraße in Hamburg-Billstedt 🏡—perfect for unwinding after a long day!

The bright room is about 12 square meters, unfurnished, and gives you the freedom to furnish it entirely according to your own style and needs 🛏️

In the open-concept kitchen, you’ll find not only a dishwasher but also a cozy sitting area with a TV—ideal for cooking together in the evenings or just relaxing 🍝

The modern bathroom is perfect for a refreshing shower 🚿 and offers plenty of storage space for all your toiletries 🧼

💰 Utility bills? We don’t charge extra for those!
Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent—including access to TV & internet (wired + Wi-Fi) 📶

Location

The apartment’s quiet location offers excellent local amenities and is close to numerous lakes, parks, and expansive green spaces 🌳.

Just a few minutes away, Öjendorfer Park is perfect for long walks or athletic activities like jogging, biking, or simply unwinding after work. The Boberger Niederung nature reserve, with its idyllic Boberger Lake, is also just a 10-minute bike ride away.

The infrastructure around the apartment is excellent: numerous shopping options, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and banks are located in the immediate vicinity. The Billstedt Center, the largest shopping center in southeastern Hamburg with over 120 stores, is just a 5-minute drive or bike ride away 🛍️.

Public transportation connections are also ideal: The Merkenstraße subway station is just a few minutes’ walk away. From there, the U2 takes you directly to downtown Hamburg in about 20 minutes—perfect for commuters or simply for exploring the city 🚇.
