3 rooms will be available as of 01.07. This is like starting a new business ;-)

i am Andreas (27) student from Kaiserslautern and am looking forward to 3 new roommates. In my free time I am active in sports by playing football, jogging or doing fitness. All this preferably with music.

Our goal is that it does not become a community of purpose, but we wish a nice coexistence of people who fit well together, are sympathetic and open-minded and have a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The shared room is 14 square meters and is wonderfully flooded with light through the large windows.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, are in mint condition, this includes:

- The floor throughout the apartment.
- The bright, large kitchen.
- Bathroom with window
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

There are no additional costs. These are included in the flat rate rent. Access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the flat rate

Location

The pressure road is a quiet side street in the Eastern part of Hamburg and only a train station away from the popular shopping center Billstedt. In a 5-minute walk to the subway station notice the road from where you is in 10 minutes at the Central station. Also, an Aldi, a Kiosk, a beverage market and Snack bar are located within a radius of 500 meters. The Billstedt-Center is the largest Shopping Center in Hamburg's Southeast. With over 120 stores you will find everything your heart desires.

With the U2 of remember road all the targets are reached quickly:
Street -> notice; Billstedt = 2 minutes
Street -> notice; Berliner Tor = 10 minutes
Remember road -> station = 11 minutes
Street -> remember; the airport = 40 minutes
