The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building on a quiet street in Hamburg-Billstedt. 🌳

The room (14 m²) is wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows. ☀️ Since it’s unfurnished, you can set it up and decorate it exactly the way you want. 🛋️

In the built-in kitchen, you’ll find a dishwasher 🧼 and a cozy sitting area with a TV 📺—perfect for cooking together or relaxing.

The naturally lit shower room ensures a fresh start to the day or a relaxing evening.

Utility bills? No stress! Everything is already included in the flat-rate rent.
This includes TV and internet (Wi-Fi & network) 📶.
