Hi we are Tim (22) student from Wiesbaden, Chiara (19) nanny from Bavaria and Danial (19) language student from Afghanistan. In our shared flat, a room becomes available and therefore we are looking for a new roommate. In our free time, we like to meet friends, do sports of any kind, play games, watch Netflix, read or play guitar, but actually like to cook and bake or just sit together in the evening for a drink and review the day.
In the house there are already 5 more WGs with nice people and we like to do something together, have a Whatsappgruppe and you can always join the activities, but we are not a party house and everyone can withdraw at any time and has his peace. We would describe ourselves as sympathetic and open-minded roommates who are full of joie de vivre. From our new roommate we want a nice togetherness and no purpose flatshare. Washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and flat screen in the common room are available. Maybe you also like to do sports or bring new hobbies. We look forward to meeting you.

Room

The offered room is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Billstedt. The room is 14 square meters and through the two windows wonderfully bright and flooded with light. Since it is unfurnished, you can set it up according to your own wishes and needs.

Each room, as well as all other areas of the apartment, were freshly renovated in 2019, including:
- New floor throughout the apartment.
- Walls newly wallpapered and painted (white).
- Completely new kitchen.
- New bathroom
- Network, telephone and TV connection in each of the rooms, as well as Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are, like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

Druckerstraße is a quiet side street in the eastern part of Hamburg, just one train station away from the popular Billstedt shopping Centre.The Billstedt Center is the largest shopping center in Hamburg's southeast. With over 120 shops you will find everything your heart desires.
A 5-minute walk takes you to the Merkenstraße underground station, from where you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. There is also an Aldi, kiosk, drinks market and snack bar within 500 metres.
With the U2 from Merkenstraße all destinations are quickly reached:
