We are Lia-Nora (24) and Natalie (25) and are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat 🏡✨
We'd love to have a friendly, open-minded person who wants to live with us - and who has a healthy sense of order and cleanliness 🧼

In our free time, we like to go out with friends, go to the movies, do sports or go to concerts and listen to podcasts.
From time to time, however, we also enjoy a relaxed party, traveling ✈️, reading 📚 or chilling on the couch.

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Wandsbek.

The bright room is 12 m² in size, wonderfully quiet, and flooded with natural light. Since it’s fully furnished—with a bed 🛏️, desk, dresser, coat rack, and lamps 💡—you can move in right away without having to worry about furniture. Just unpack your bags and start living! 🧳

The classic-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop 🍳, range hood, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A cozy seating area is perfect for dining together or chatting 🍽️

The bathroom is modern, simple, and practical—with a shower 🚿 and sink—perfect for starting your day 🌅

Utility bills? Don’t worry! Everything is included in the flat-rate rent—Internet (Wi-Fi & Ethernet) 💻

Location

Wandsbek is a lively neighborhood in northeastern Hamburg. Whether on foot or by bike, many everyday necessities are within easy reach: government offices, banks, doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals.

A real highlight is the weekly market at Wandsbeker Marktplatz 🍎—perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The “Wandsbeker Quarree” shopping center 🛍️ features over 90 shops, restaurants, and cafés—ideal for browsing, dining, or just hanging out. ☕ Two large movie theaters 🎬 also provide entertainment right on your doorstep!

If you’d like to get out into nature 🌳, the path along the Wandse River to Eichtalpark or the Botanical Garden is perfect for a stroll and some relaxation. Or you can go for a jog around the Mühlenteich.

The Wandsbek Market Square is also a great transportation hub 🚉—from here, you can reach the airport in just 15 minutes and Jungfernstieg or the Central Station in about 13 minutes.
