we are Oktavian (27) and Marina (28). Our dear roommate is moving out, so we have a nice room available.
We are both working and would be happy about a sympathetic and open-minded person who has a healthy sense for cleanliness.
In our free time we like to meet friends, go to the movies, do sports or attend concerts and listen to potcasts. We also like to cook together and have game nights. But we also like to party, travel and chill out :)

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

The vacant room is about 14 m², wonderfully flooded with light and quiet. Since it is furnished, you can move in without any stress. Just unpack your suitcases and live ;-) Bed, wardrobe, desk, wardrobe and lamps are already available.
The kitchen in classic style, with a ceramic hob with associated extractor hood, refrigerator including large freezer compartment, as well as dishwasher and a cozy sitting area which is located in the hallway. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and sink. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no extra charges. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat).

Location

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors of the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
The Wandsbek market square is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg.
