The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and offers a total of three rooms.
The vacant room is approx. 14 m² in size, flooded with light 🌞 and pleasantly quiet 🌿 - perfect for feeling at home!
As it is unfurnished, you can furnish it entirely according to your own ideas and make it your personal retreat 🛋️🖼️.

The kitchen is classic and friendly in gray and white 🤍 - with oven 🍕, ceramic hob 🍳, extractor hood, large fridge with freezer compartment ❄️ and dishwasher.
A cozy seating area invites you to cook or chat together 🍝🗨️.

The bathroom is modern & practical: shower 🚿, washbasin 🪥 - everything you need for a fresh start to the day! ☀️

Wandsbek is a lively district in the north-east of Hamburg 😊 Whether on foot or by bike, many everyday necessities are within easy reach: Authorities, banks, doctors, pharmacies and hospitals 🏥💼

A real highlight is the weekly market on Wandsbeker Marktplatz 🛒🍎 - perfect for anyone who likes to cook. The "Wandsbeker Quarree" shopping center 🛍️ offers over 90 stores, restaurants and cafés - ideal for browsing, feasting or lingering ☕🍝 Two large cinemas 🎬 also provide entertainment right on the doorstep!

If you want to get out into the countryside 🌳, the path along the Wandse to Eichtalpark or the botanical garden is perfect for a walk and relaxation, or you can go for a jog around the mill pond 🏃‍♀️💨

Wandsbeker Marktplatz is also a great transport hub 🚉 - from here you can be at ✈️ airport in just 15 minutes and at Jungfernstieg 🏞️ or the main railway station in around 13 minutes.
