We are Frederic (22) (moving in on 01.01) and Alan (26)
We are a trainee and a student and would be happy to meet a friendly and open-minded person who has a healthy sense of cleanliness.
In our free time we like to meet friends, go to the movies, do sports or go to concerts and listen to potcasts. We also like to party, travel, read and chill out from time to time :)

Room

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Wandsbek.

The vacant room is approx. 17 m² in size, wonderfully light-flooded and quiet. It therefore offers enough space to create a wonderful living and working area.
The classic-style kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and extractor hood, fridge with large freezer compartment, dishwasher and a cozy sitting area in the hallway. The bathroom is modern, simple and practical: shower area and washbasin. That's all you need to freshen up.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

Wandsbek is a diverse and lively district in the northeast of Hamburg. Various authorities, banks, hospitals and doctors of the district can be reached quickly on foot or by bicycle. The weekly market on the Wandsbek market square, with a large assortment, is a paradise for all who like to be creative in the kitchen or garden. The popular shopping center 'Wandsbeker Quarree' offers a varied shopping mix with over 90 stores, as well as restaurants and cafes. 2 large cinemas can also be found in Wandsbek. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the Wandsbeker Marktstrasse and go into the green, you can wonderfully walk along the Wandse, direction Eichtalpark and botanical garden or jog his laps around the Mühlenteich.
The Wandsbek market square is an important public transport hub. From here it takes 15 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Jungfernstieg.
