The bright room is between 14 sqm and is rented unfurnished - so you can furnish it according to your taste 🛋️

🍳 You can whip up delicious meals together in the kitchen! It will be equipped with a ceramic hob & oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment - this is still in progress 👩‍🍳🧊

💡 Additional costs? None at all! Everything is already included in the all-inclusive rent - even the internet 📶🙌

The apartment is located in one of the nicest areas of Eimsbüttel, known for its charming neighborhood, many old-established stores, cozy cafés and green oases. Osterstraße, with its numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets, starts right outside the door and offers everything your heart desires.

🌳 Parks & Leisure: Several parks and playgrounds are located in the immediate vicinity - perfect for jogging, walking or relaxing in the greenery.
