The shared flat at Langenfelder Damm 91, ground floor right is located in the popular district of Eimsbüttel, a quiet yet central area with many cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities.
There are numerous special features in the surrounding area that make the district worth living in. The trendy Schanzenviertel district with its bars, cafés and street food spots is just a few minutes away by bike. Those who enjoy spending time in nature can visit the nearby Eimsbütteler Park or go swimming in the Kaifu pool.
Hamburg University is also just a few minutes away on the U2 underground line.
