4-room shared flat NEWLY FOUNDED from 15.11. in Eimsbüttel

There are four rooms available in this lovely shared flat from 15.11.24.
As you are all moving in at the same time, you have the change to start a new shared flat life... We would like it not to be a purposeful shared flat, but to find nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the middle of the beautiful Hamburg Eimsbüttel district.

The bright rooms are between 13 and 15 square meters in size. They are all rented unfurnished, so you can furnish them as you wish. Thanks to the practical layouts, they can make wonderful bedrooms or workspaces. The prices are between €749 and €769 and you can move in from 15.11.24.

You can prepare delicious meals together in the kitchen. It is also equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom with window invites you to relax, especially in the bathtub.

There are no additional costs, they are all included in the all-inclusive rent (including the internet)

You can also store some things in the cellar compartment.

Location

Müggenkampstraße is located in the popular district of Eimsbüttel and offers an excellent quality of life. There are numerous shopping facilities nearby, including supermarkets, boutiques and cafés, all within easy walking distance. There are excellent public transport connections, with subway and bus lines providing fast connections to the city center. The nearby city park invites you to relax and enjoy leisure activities, while numerous restaurants, bars and cultural institutions provide a varied range of leisure activities.


Sternschanze: Approx. 2.5 km - around 10 minutes by subway (U3)
Altona: Around 3 km - about 15 minutes by S-Bahn (S1)
Central station: Approx. 4 km - about 15 minutes by subway (U3)

If you have the feeling that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, you would also like to move into one of the rooms alone and have no pets, then please send us an e-mail with a short description of who you are and have a look at the room.
