During the week, we're usually busy with work. In the evenings or whenever we have time, we enjoy relaxed conversations, cooking together 🍳🥗 or going out for a cup of coffee ☕ or a glass of wine 🍷 - and occasionally for a beer 🍻. Eimsbüttel 🏙️ has the perfect selection! ✨

Of course, you can also withdraw at any time 😌🏡. But if you don't like communicating at all, it's probably not a good fit for us.

We attach great importance to cleanliness 🧹✨, have a cleaning schedule 📝 and maintain direct communication so that everyone feels as comfortable as possible 🤝.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in the middle of the beautiful Hamburg-Eimsbüttel district 🏙️🌳.

The bright room is 13 m² in size and is rented unfurnished 🛋️🚫 so you can furnish it to suit your taste ✨. Thanks to the practical layout, both bedrooms 😴 and workspaces 💻 can be perfectly arranged here.

In the kitchen 🍳 you can conjure up delicious dishes together. It is equipped with a ceramic hob with oven 🔥, a dishwasher 🧼 and a fridge with freezer compartment ❄️.

The modern bathroom 🛁 with window invites you to relax - especially in the bathtub.

💡 There are no additional costs - everything is included in the all-inclusive rent (including internet 📶).

There is also a cellar compartment 📦 where you can conveniently store a few more things.

Müggenkampstraße is located in the popular district of Eimsbüttel 🏙️🌳 and offers an excellent quality of life ✨.

There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby 🛍️ - from supermarkets 🛒 to boutiques 👗 and cozy cafés ☕, all within easy walking distance.

There are excellent public transport connections: you can reach the city center quickly and easily via subway and bus lines.
