The apartment is located on the first floor - in the middle of the popular and charming Hamburg-Eimsbüttel district.

The bright room is approx. 12.5 m² in size and is rented unfurnished - so you can furnish everything according to your taste 🪴. Thanks to the practical layout, the room is ideal as a bedroom and/or study 💻🛌.

There are numerous special features in the surrounding area that make the district worth living in. The trendy Schanzenviertel district with its bars, cafés and street food spots is just a few minutes away by bike. 🚲✨

Those who enjoy spending time in nature can visit the nearby Eimsbütteler Park 🌳 or go swimming in the Kaifu pool. 🏊‍♂️

Hamburg University is also just a few minutes away on the U2 underground line. 🎓🚇
