I'm Kolja (23) and I'm looking for two new flatmates. In my free time I like to be musical by playing the guitar, or sporty by cycling or martial arts. Apart from that, I also like to travel or cook :)

The approx. 15.5 m² room is located on the first floor of a beautiful old building in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel - in a quiet location and ideal for anyone who loves greenery 🍃

A real highlight: there is a garden/terrace area in front of and behind the apartment for private use - perfect for relaxing, planting or a cozy breakfast outside ☕🌼

Thanks to the large windows, the apartment is pleasantly bright, but still protected from prying eyes, as the gardens at the front and back ensure a distance from the street. Even in winter, you can enjoy a view of the greenery here 🌳✨
