Room

The 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor of an old apartment building in Hamburg Eimsbüttel.
It is particularly suitable for garden lovers, as there is a garden/terrace for exclusive use both in front of and behind the unit.

The rooms are divided as follows:

Room 1: 9sqm furnished: 679€
Room 2: 16sqm: 729€
Room 3: 11sqm: 679€

The apartment is very bright due to the large windows, but not directly visible from the street due to the gardens at the front and back. This means you can see greenery even in winter.

You don't have to worry about the utilities. They are included in the rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. landline flat rate).

Location

Very central location in one of the most beautiful corners of Eimsbüttel with excellent public transport connections. The neighborhood is characterized by a special charm with many long-established stores, parks, (playgrounds) squares and green spaces. In addition, the lively Osterstraße with all its stores and eateries is practically on the doorstep. The apartment is within easy walking distance of public transport (8 min. to U2-Lutterothstraße, 4 min., 10 min. to S-Bahn-Langenfelde (S3/S5).

Miscellaneous
