It's important to us that we don't want a functional shared flat thing, but a friendly, relaxed atmosphere 🫶 We're looking for lovely people who are open-minded, get along well and have a healthy sense of cleanliness 🧼🧽.

🏡 The apartment is on the first floor of an apartment building - Lindenallee 19 is located in the heart of Eimsbüttel - a charming neighborhood with many cafés, restaurants and small stores, known for its lively yet relaxed atmosphere ☕🌳

This is a 3-bed shared apartment with rooms that are nice and bright and have high-quality flooring ✨.
It is unfurnished, so you can furnish it entirely according to your own ideas 🛋️.
Thanks to the practical layout, you can easily combine sleeping, living or working areas 💡.

Room 1 = 10.5 sqm and 799 EUR
Room 2 = 10.5 sqm and 799 EUR
Room 3 = 16 sqm and 849 EUR

🍳 In the fitted kitchen you can conjure up delicious dishes together 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳.
It is equipped with:
🔥 a ceramic hob + oven
🍽️ a dishwasher
🧊 a large fridge with freezer compartment
🥗 and a cozy seating area where you can eat together, chat or just hang out ☕🗨️.

The apartment is currently still undergoing some 🛠️ - the pictures in the ad are therefore not completely up-to-date 🖼️. However, you are welcome to view the apartment in person or online at your leisure 😊! There will be a bit of work going on until you move in

The apartment is in a super central location in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel, in a quiet side street with typical old building flair 🏡. Shopping facilities, cafés ☕️ and restaurants 🍝 are just around the corner, the Elbe and green spots for walks 🌿 are also within easy reach.

Transport connections 🚉:
S-Bahn Holstenstraße (approx. 7 min. walk) - direct connection to the main station, Dammtor, Sternschanze and Altona.
Bus lines nearby 🚌 - fast connections to the city center, St. Pauli, Eimsbüttel & Bahrenfeld.
Altona train station (10 min. by bike 🚲 or 2 stops by S-Bahn) - long-distance trains, regional trains + many buses.
Sternschanze (approx. 5 min.) - the trendy district with bars & restaurants 🍹.
Hauptbahnhof (approx. 12 min. by S-Bahn) - perfect transfer point for everything in Hamburg & long-distance transport.

So the location is great if you want to live centrally and still have easy access to everything 🙌.
