Room

The apartment is located on the ground floor—right in the heart of the popular and charming Hamburg-Eimsbüttel neighborhood.

The bright room is approximately 10 square meters and is rented fully furnished—so everything you need to live there is already provided. You can move in right away and feel right at home 🪴🛌. The photos shown are examples from another shared apartment.

The apartment is currently undergoing some loving renovations in a few areas. For example, the kitchen is being updated with a cozy dining area, and there are still a few finishing touches to be added in the hallway to complete the overall look.

In the kitchen, you can whip up delicious meals together 🧑‍🍳🍝. It’s equipped with a ceramic cooktop including an oven, a washing machine, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment ❄️—everything you need for relaxed cooking evenings or a quick breakfast.

The bathroom is functionally equipped and features a shower 🚿

And the best part: there are no additional utility costs! 🙌 TV, internet (wired & Wi-Fi) 📺💻 are already included in the flat-rate rent.

There are numerous highlights in the area that make the neighborhood a great place to live. The trendy Schanzenviertel, with its bars, cafés, and street food spots, is just a few minutes away by bike. 🚲✨

Those who enjoy spending time in nature can visit the nearby Eimsbütteler Park 🌳 or go for a swim at the Kaifu-Bad. 🏊‍♂️

The University of Hamburg is also easily accessible in just a few minutes via the U2. 🎓🚇
