Moin, a room is available in our beautiful 3-room flat and we are looking for you...

We are Emilio (24) and Leon (22). Both working and in our free time open to any practical joke. We are interested in basketball and badminton and are always happy when you have a beer or wine together in the kitchen or even cook together.
Nevertheless, it is always nice to have your peace and quiet, but that's what doors and rooms are for. Basically, however, the following applies: We are looking for a community! We don't want a shared flat, because we are both communicative types and like to spend time together when we have the door open.
Otherwise, neatness and cleanliness are not unimportant to us, but we are not meticulous surgical types there either ;-)

Room

The apartment is located in the attic of an apartment building in Hamburg Eimsbüttel.
The bright room is about 12 square meters and since it is unfurnished, it can be freely furnished and designed according to your own wishes and needs.
The kitchen houses the washing machine and has a cozy sitting area.
The bathroom has a window and invites you to take a relaxing shower.

There are no additional costs. They are like access to TV, Internet (network and Wi-Fi) and telephone (incl. Fixed-line flat) is included in the package rental.

Location

Very Central location in one of the most beautiful corners of Hamburg, with excellent connections to public TRANSPORT. The neighborhood is characterized by a special charm, with many old-established shops, Parks (game)squares and green areas. In addition, the vibrant Easter road with all its shops, bars and restaurants are practically right outside the door. The apartment is located in very convenient walking distance to public TRANSPORT (3 Min. the U2 Lutterothstraße, 4 Min. the Metrobus 4 stop Sartorius road, 12 Min. to the S-Bahn Langenfelde).
