The apartment is located on the ground floor—right in the heart of the popular and charming Hamburg-Eimsbüttel neighborhood.

The bright room measures 13 square meters and is rented unfurnished—so you can decorate it exactly to your taste. 🪴 Thanks to its practical layout, the room is ideal as a bedroom and/or home office. 🛌

It’s equipped with a ceramic cooktop that includes an oven, a dishwasher, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment ❄️—everything you need for cozy cooking nights or a quick breakfast. The shared apartment at Langenfelder Damm 91, ground floor on the right, is located in the popular Eimsbüttel neighborhood—a quiet yet central area with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shopping options. ☕

There are numerous highlights in the area that make the neighborhood a great place to live. The trendy Schanzenviertel, with its bars, cafés, and street food spots, is just a few minutes away by bike. ✨

If you enjoy spending time in nature, you can visit the nearby Eimsbütteler Park 🌳 or go for a swim at the Kaifu-Bad.

The University of Hamburg is also easily accessible in just a few minutes via the U2. 🎓
