3-room shared flat NEWLY FOUNDED with immediate effect in Eimsbüttel

There are three rooms available in this beautiful shared flat from 15.02.2025.
As you are all moving in at the same time, you have the chance to start a new shared flat life... We would like it not to be a purposeful shared flat, but rather nice, friendly people who want to embark on a new adventure.

Room

The apartment is located on the first floor in the middle of the beautiful Hamburg Eimsbüttel district.

The bright rooms are between 12 and 13 square meters in size. They are all rented unfurnished, so you can furnish them as you wish. Thanks to the practical layouts, the rooms can be used as bedrooms or offices. The price per room is €749 and you can move in from 15.02.2025. Until you move in, all the little things in the apartment will be finished so that nothing stands in the way of you moving in.

You can prepare delicious meals together in the kitchen. It will also be equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom invites you to relax.

There are no additional costs, they are all included in the all-inclusive rent (including the internet)

Location

The shared flat at Langenfelder Damm 91, ground floor right is located in the popular district of Eimsbüttel, a quiet yet central area with many cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities.
There are numerous special features in the surrounding area that make the district worth living in. The trendy Schanzenviertel district with its bars, cafés and street food spots is just a few minutes away by bike. Those who enjoy spending time in nature can visit the nearby Eimsbütteler Park or go swimming in the Kaifu pool.
Hamburg University is also just a few minutes away on the U2 underground line.

Central station: approx. 15 minutes with the S3 or S5
Jungfernstieg: approx. 12 min. with the U2
Altona: approx. 20 minutes by bus line 183

Miscellaneous

If you have the feeling that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months, you would also like to move into one of the rooms alone and have no pets, then please send us an e-mail with a short description of who you are and have a look at the room.
