Hi, a room is becoming available in our beautiful 3-person shared flat and we are looking for you...

We are Onno (24) and Leon (22). Both working and open to any kind of mischief in our free time. We are interested in basketball and badminton and are always happy to have a beer or wine together in the kitchen or even cook together.
Nevertheless, it's always nice to have some peace and quiet, but that's what doors and rooms are for. But the basic rule is: we want a community! We don't want a functional flat share, as we're both communicative types and enjoy spending time together when we have the door open.
Apart from that, tidiness and cleanliness are not unimportant to us, but we're not meticulous surgery types either ;-)

Cozy shared room in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel - 15 sqm

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel.

The bright room is approx. 15 sqm in size and is rented unfurnished so that it can be furnished and decorated according to your own ideas.

The kitchen not only offers space for a cozy seating area, but is also equipped with a refrigerator and a washing machine.

The bathroom has a window and a shower, perfect for relaxing moments.

The apartment is within easy walking distance of public transportation (3 min. to the U2-Lutterothstraße, 4 min. to the Metrobus 4 stop Sartoriusstraße, 12 min. to the S-Bahn-Langenfelde).
