Shared room in nice 3er WG-12 sqm - unfurnished-Eimsbüttel, very close to the center

Moin, we are Emilio and Dominik, and as luck would have it, we are on the 01.10.2021, looking for a new roommate for our 3er WG.

Now to us: I, Emilio, am 22 years young and have been living in Hamburg for 2 years and in the mentioned flat share for 1 year. In my free time, I am open to any joke and am always happy when you drink a beer or wine together in the kitchen or even cook together. This skill is with me but still to expand haha. In the current circle we do quite a lot together and I would be happy if we could do that in a new round. Nevertheless, it is always nice to have its peace, but doors and rooms are also there. Basically, however: I'm looking for a community!
I am Dominik, 24 years old and educator. In my free time, I like to swing my leg to electronic music, like to go bouldering or just go on the road in the countryside.
We don't want a purpose flat, as we are both communicative types and like to spend time together when we have the door open.
Otherwise, neatness and cleanliness are not unimportant to us, but we are not meticulous surgical types; -)

Room

The offered room is located in the attic of an apartment building in Hamburg Eimsbüttel. It has an area of 12 sqm and is unfurnished. Since it is empty, you can freely set it up and design it according to your own wishes and needs.

In 2020, the entire apartment was renovated and got:

- Walls newly wallpapered and painted (white)
- Renovated shower bathroom with natural light
- Renovated kitchen with washing machine

You don't have to worry about the extra costs. They are, as well as access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone (incl. Landline flat) included in the rent.

Location

Very Central location in one of the most beautiful corners of Hamburg, with excellent connections to public TRANSPORT. The neighborhood is characterized by a special charm, with many old-established shops, Parks (game)squares and green areas. In addition, the vibrant Easter road with all its shops, bars and restaurants are practically right outside the door. The apartment is located in very convenient walking distance to public TRANSPORT (3 Min. the U2 Lutterothstraße, 4 Min. the Metrobus 4 stop Sartorius road, 12 Min. to the S-Bahn Langenfelde).
