Hey there 👋, a room is available in our lovely three-person shared apartment ✨!

We are Julian (22) and Michel (24) – we both work and are always up for a bit of fun in our free time 😜. We are sports enthusiasts and would love to meet up in the kitchen for a beer 🍺 or a glass of wine 🍷 or even cook together 🍳🥗.

Of course, it's just as important to have some peace and quiet 😌 – that's what doors and rooms are for, after all. But basically, I'm up for community! 💛 I don't want a purpose

Room

The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building in beautiful Hamburg-Eimsbüttel 🏡✨.

The bright room is approx. 12 m² in size 🌞 and as it is unfurnished, you can furnish and design it entirely according to your own ideas 🛋️.

In the kitchen you will not only find the washing machine 🧺, but also a cozy sitting area - perfect for relaxing over coffee ☕🍽️.

The bathroom has a window 🌿 and invites you to take a refreshing shower 🚿.

Additional costs? None at all! 🙌 Just like TV 📺 and Internet (LAN & WLAN) 🌐📶 they are already included in the all-inclusive rent.

Location

The apartment is super centrally located 📍 in one of the most beautiful corners of Eimsbüttel 🌳✨ and offers excellent public transport connections 🚇🚌.

The neighborhood has a very special charm 💛 - with many long-established stores 🛍️, parks 🌿, (playgrounds) 🛝 and green oases 🌸.

The lively Osterstraße with its numerous stores 🛒, cafés ☕ and restaurants 🍽️ starts virtually on the doorstep 🚪.

The connections are also excellent 👍:

4 min. to the Metrobus 4 stop Sartoriusstraße 🚌
