The apartment is located on the 1st floor in the middle of the beautiful Hamburg Eimsbüttel district.

The bright rooms are between 11 and 15.5 square meters in size. They are all rented unfurnished, so you can furnish them as you wish. Thanks to the practical layouts, they can make wonderful bedrooms or workspaces. The prices are €749 and you can move in from 01.04.2025. Until you move in, all the little things in the apartment will be completed so that nothing stands in the way of you moving in.

You can prepare delicious meals together in the kitchen. It will also be equipped with a ceramic hob with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment, but this is still in progress :)

There are no additional costs, they are all included in the all-inclusive rent (including the internet)
