The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building 🏠 in a quiet street in beautiful Hamburg-Eppendorf 🌳.

Your light-flooded room ☀️ is approx. 14 m² in size 📏 and - as it is unfurnished - can be furnished entirely according to your own wishes 🛋️.

The kitchen 🍳 is equipped with a dishwasher 👍 and a cozy sitting area 🛋️

The spacious bathroom 🚿 offers enough space for everything you need 🧴🪥. There is also a guest WC in the shared flat 🚻.

👉 There are no additional costs ✔️ - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent 💶, as is access to TV 📺 and Internet/WLAN 📡💻.

Wendloher Weg is a quiet one-way street and is just a few minutes' walk from the UKE 🏥 - in the middle of one of the most popular residential areas in Hamburg-Eppendorf 🌳✨.

All shopping facilities 🛒, e.g. in Eppendorfer Landstraße or at Eppendorfer Marktplatz 🛍️, are within easy reach.
Quaint pubs 🍻, cozy restaurants 🍝🍷 in all price ranges and even the little Italian restaurant next door 🍕 are just a few steps away.

For your time out: the adjacent Hayns Park 🌿 is the perfect place to relax 😌 or go for a jog 🏃.

🚏 The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk 👟 away. From there, take line 22 🚌 to the Kellinghusenstraße subway station 🚇 or Hagenbecks Tierpark 🐅. From there it is only about 15 minutes to the main station 🏙️.
