A room is opening up in our shared apartment 🏡✨

We’re Marko (32), Ulrike (26), and Gordon (36), and we’re all established in our careers.

In our free time, we like to stay active—from fitness to soccer to karate, we do it all 💪⚽🥋. Every now and then, we cook together or explore the city 🍝🌆. Everyone has their own hobbies, but we’re always open to new ideas—maybe you’ll even introduce us to a new sport 😄.

Cleanliness and respectful coexistence are important to us 🧼.

Room

The room is about 12 m² in size, fully furnished, and faces the quiet garden 🌿. Thanks to the large windows, it feels especially bright and welcoming ☀️.

The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine 🚿.

The kitchen is modernly equipped and includes a large refrigerator and a dishwasher 🧊✨.

Utilities are already included in the flat-rate rent 💶—as are internet, TV, and phone service (including a landline flat rate) 👍

Location

This attractive shared apartment is located in a quiet yet well-connected area between the popular neighborhoods of Eppendorf and Lokstedt 🌆🌿.

In just a few minutes, you can reach the idyllic Hayns Park on the banks of the Alster, Eppendorf Market Square, and the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).

On the other side lies Lokstedt, known among other things for the famous Hagenbeck Zoo.

Sports enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here: nearby, the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.) offers numerous options—including a large sports hall, beach volleyball courts, soccer fields, and tennis courts 🏐⚽🎾. The offerings are complemented by SC Victoria and other sports and green spaces in the area 🌳.

You’ll find everything you need for daily life right in the neighborhood 🛒: supermarkets, doctors, banks, and small shops are all within easy reach. For larger purchases, you can bike to the Nedderfeld Center in just a few minutes 🛍️.

Public transportation connections are also excellent 🚍: A bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you to Hamburg Central Station in about 30 minutes ⏱️.

Miscellaneous

A minimum lease of 6 months would be ideal to help maintain some peace and stability in the shared apartment ⏳. Also, you should be moving in on your own and not bring any pets 🚫🐾.
