3P WG is looking for new/n roommate/in. We don't want the purpose of community, but want to have a nice life together of people that fit together well, sympathetic and open-minded, and a healthy sense of cleanliness (washing machine available). Maybe you also directly to someone who wants to move in with me, no Problem at all.

3P WG is looking for a new roommate from now until 31.03.20 in a beautiful and Central location. The room is approx. 12sqm in size and flooded with light.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (Wi-Fi) and phone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

All of the rooms are Unfurnished. The common business furnished surfaces.
The apartment also has a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The metro station Eppendorfer Baum reached in 5 Min walk.
In the immediate vicinity you will find all shops, cafes, ice cream men, and countless Restaurants.
