Our dear roommate moves out, so a room in our 4-rent-free. We are John (28) it specialist for application development, Marko (29) Croupier and Elyas (28) shift Manager at a beverage supplier. We are looking for a new roommate who fits well into our Team. We are open-minded, sociable and sporty (gym, football, Karate). We are happy to cook together or go together to celebrate. Each followed his own sporting interests, to which the new flatmate is welcome to connect or maybe he can inspire us for a new sport. We like things clean and tidy, but who doesn't. A minimum rental period of 6 months, you should not bring, so it is to be restless in our WG.

Room

The room is about 13m2 in size, is rented furnished and has large Windows and very bright.

Each room, as all the other areas of the apartment have been renovated in 2014, these include:
Floor re-sanded and sealed
Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new bathroom (shower, white, flow, new faucets, new sink/toilet).
- New Kitchen.
- Network-, telephone - and TV connection in every room, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

Location

In a 5-minute walk of the Siemers is reached, the bakery, banks, Restaurants, a hairdresser, a florist, Doctors, Internet cafe, books in the hall and connect, etc.
