Furnished room in a shared flat for 01.04. in Hamburg Eppendorf / Lokstedt

We have a room available in our shared flat...
We are Marko, Ulrike and Gordon. We all work and are looking for a new person who is open-minded, sociable and sporty. We are interested in fitness, soccer and karate. We enjoy cooking together or exploring Hamburg. Everyone has their own sporting interests, which the new flatmate can join in with, or perhaps they can inspire us to take up a new sport. We're also up for handicrafts or digging in the garden. We like things to be clean and tidy, but who doesn't?

Room

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in Hamburg Eppendorf and has four rooms.
The light-flooded room is approx. 12 square meters in size and faces south. As it is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and everything else, all you have to do is unpack your suitcases and live. The kitchen is modern and bright, equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. The balcony, which can be used by all residents, also opens out from here. The bathroom is practical and has a shower and everything you need to freshen up.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV, Internet (network and WLAN) and telephone.

Location

This beautiful shared flat is located between Eppendorf and Lokstedt. It is said that Eppendorf is Hamburg's oldest village and is one of the most popular addresses in the Hanseatic city.
In just a few minutes you can reach Hayns Park on the banks of the Alster, the lively Eppendorf market square and the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE). While on the other side is Lokstedt. The district is known far beyond the city limits for its Hagenbeck zoo.
Sports enthusiasts can let off steam right in the neighborhood at the ETV (Eimsbütteler Turnverband e.V.): The Hoheluft sports center is home to a three-field hall, a beach volleyball facility, an artificial turf soccer pitch, an indoor tennis hall and several tennis courts. In addition, SC Victoria and other sports facilities and green spaces offer all kinds of games for sports enthusiasts.

Daily needs can be met in the immediate vicinity. Doctors, banks, small stores and discount stores are all in the immediate vicinity.
For larger purchases, you can cycle to the Nedderfeld Center in just a few minutes.

The shared flat is about a 5-minute walk from bus line 5, which takes you to Hamburg Central Station in just over half an hour.

Miscellaneous

You should have a minimum rental period of 6 months so that things don't get too restless in our shared flat. You should also want to move in alone and not bring any pets.
