4 WG - 9 Min to the UKE - furnished

Our 2 dear roommate moves out, thus to 1.6. in our 4er WG 2 rooms available. We are Marko (29) Croupier and Ulrike (21) FSJ-lerin from Kassel. We are looking for a new roommate, the open-minded as we are, sociable and sporty (Fitness, football, Karate) is. We would be happy to cook together, or discover Hamburg. Each pursues his own sporting interests, the new roommate may like to connect, or maybe he can inspire us to a new sport. We like things clean and tidy, but who doesn't. There is a minimum rental period of 6 months, you should bring in order for it to be restless in our flat. Please contact us if you want a Video or Live visit, and also write your whatsapp number. Room

The room is approximately 11 m2, furnished and quiet garden. All of the rooms through the large Windows very bright.

Each room, as all the other areas of the apartment have been refurbished, these include:
Floor re-sanded and sealed
Walls newly papered and painted (white).
- Completely new bathroom (shower, white, flow, new faucets, new sink/toilet).
- New Kitchen.
- Network-, telephone - and TV connection in every room, and Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The offered room is furnished, see original photos.

In addition to costs incurred, and are included with the rent. Similarly, access to TV, Internet (network and wireless) and telephone (incl. Landline-Flat) in the rent included.

The Deposit is 600€.

Location

In a 5-minute walk of the Siemers is reached, the bakery, banks, Restaurants, a hairdresser, a florist, Doctors, Internet cafe, books in the hall and connect, etc.
