The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building 🏡, in a quiet street in Hamburg Eppendorf 🌳.

The light-flooded room is approx. 15 square meters in size ☀️ and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs.

The highlight is the old building balcony 🌸, where you can enjoy a wonderful evening.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher 🍽️ and a cozy seating area 🪑☕.

The spacious bathroom 🛁 offers enough space for all the utensils you need 🧴. There is also a guest WC 🚽👌 in this shared flat.

👉 There are no additional costs - they are already included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV 📺, Internet (WLAN) 📶.

Wendloher Weg is a quiet one-way street and is just a few minutes' walk from the UKE 🏥 - in the middle of one of the most popular residential areas in Hamburg-Eppendorf 🌳✨.

All shopping facilities 🛒, e.g. in Eppendorfer Landstraße or at Eppendorfer Marktplatz 🛍️, are within easy reach.
Quaint pubs 🍻, cozy restaurants 🍝🍷 in all price ranges and even the little Italian restaurant next door 🍕 are just a few steps away.

For your time out: the adjacent Hayns Park 🌿 is the perfect place to relax 😌 or go for a jog 🏃.
