I'm Nils and I'm looking for a new person who would like to move into this small, nice 2-person shared flat with me. In my spare time I am interested in sports and literature. I don't want to share a flat for a specific purpose, but would like to continue living together with someone who is friendly and open-minded and has a healthy sense of cleanliness.

Room

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building in a quiet street in Hamburg Eppendorf. The light-flooded room is approx. 15 square meters in size and, as it is unfurnished, can be furnished and designed entirely according to your own wishes and needs. The highlight is the balcony of a typical old building, where you can enjoy the evening. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a cozy seating area. The spacious bathroom offers enough space for the utensils you need. There is also a guest WC in this shared apartment.

There are no additional costs. They are included in the all-inclusive rent, as is access to TV and Internet (WLAN).

Location

Wendloher Weg is a quiet one-way street just a few minutes' walk from the UKE and is a highly sought-after residential area in Hamburg-Eppendorf. All good shopping facilities, e.g. in Eppendorfer Landstraße or Eppendorfer Marktplatz, are within easy reach.
Also just a few minutes' walk away... quaint pubs and restaurants in various price categories, as well as the small Italian restaurant next door. You can relax or go for a jog in the adjacent Hayns Park.
The bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. From there, the 22 takes you to the subway stations Kellinghusenstraße or Hagenbecks Tierpark. Then it is about 15 minutes to Hamburg Central Station.

Miscellaneous

If you feel that this suits you, you are between 18 and 32 years old and would like to live in the shared flat for at least 6 months. You are also moving in alone and have no pets.
